What is lifestyle photography?

This is a question that I get asked a lot by friends, family and clients. Lifestyle photography refers a spectrum of styles that focus on capturing connections over traditionally posed photographs.  While there is no one way to achieve the end result, my approach is as outlined above. I do provide some guidance to get the best results but the general feel of the session will be relaxed and I will provide gentle direction to capture the true essence of who you are. Business branding sessions also include formal headshots for business needs.  My goal in the sessions is not just capturing how you look but who you are and your unique story.

Do you provide guidance on location and clothing?

Yes, absolutely! Once we speak and determine what would best reflect your portrait and business needs, we will work on styling and

I will provide suggestions on locations - sometimes, this could just be at your place of business to convey the story of your venture.

How long does it take to get the images from our sessions?

Typically, three to four weeks to allow adequate time for post-processing and to ensure only the best quality of work is delivered to you. However, most of the time, images are ready earlier for you!

How early should we book and can we reschedule? 

Limited sessions are scheduled throughout the year by request. I recommend reaching out if you are interested in booking a session with me at your earliest convenience. This will allow us to find a mutually convenient date for your branding portrait session. You can reschedule once at no cost to you to a mutually agreed upon date depending on availability.

What is a branding portrait session and who are the ideal clients that would benefit? 

Branding portrait sessions are not business branding sessions - these are portrait sessions that capture your brand via imagery once you have an brand design in mind. Therefore, business owners and professionals who have designed their brand and are looking to bring an element of connection with visual representation of that brand are ideally suited for scheduling these sessions with me.
